IOTA has gotten a lot of attention with its recent rise to become the #4 cryptocurrency based on marketcap. Some of this has to do with its apparent partnership with Microsoft. IOTA does seem to have some issues with its cryptography, so be careful and do research.
Unfortunately, right now, there is no easy way to buy IOTA with a credit card anywhere in the world.
You will first have to buy BTC with your credit card.
Again, if you live in the USA, Europe, Singapore or Australia then you must first buy bitcoins with your bank account using Coinbase or a similar service. Once you get the bitcoins from Coinbase you can use Binance (review) to convert the bitcoins to MIOTA.
If you live in any other country then you can use our home page to find a Bitcoin exchange in your country that accepts bank transfer. Then once you buy bitcoins you can convert them to IOTA within 10 minutes.
There is no way to directly purchase IOTA with cash. Not even any ATMs support buying IOTA.
You will first have to buy bitcoins with cash and then convert the BTC to MIOTA using a service like Changelly.
You can use Binance to easily exchange bitcoins for IOTA.
IOTA is currently the #4 cryptocurrency on Coin Market Cap, right ahead of Ripple and behind Bcash. At time of writing it is about $4.65.
Unfortunately, most altcoins must be bought with bitcoin. This is because bitcoin has good liquidity and serves as the reserve asset of crypto.
If you can buy cryptocurrency in your country then you can buy IOTA.
